You know, thinking about it, we should be encouraging this form of protest for the left.
I get the sentiment but when Iran and others are calling this guy a hero and the left starts realizing this guy's going to be used to say "Look how strong he believed in the cause - why aren't YOU doing more rioting/shooting/bombing to help?" Like I said - there was a period of time in the 70's when there were leftist bombings in the US, this might be a return to that violence this summer.
