It's because we get the Big 10 crammed down our throats all year by the media, and various members of this forum. I heard something interesting this morning on ESPN radio......the bottom 6 teams in the Big 10 had exactly 0 players drafted last year in the NFL draft. The NFL rookie defensive player of the year was from......Ol' Miss. Georgia alone has had 29 defensive players drafted into the NFL in last 5 years. As has been said here many times, the SEC, top to bottom has superior talent to any other conference, anywhere. Fact.


Interesting definition of "fact". If putting players in the NFL is the ultimate measuring stick, then the ACC must be tops since the #1 and #2 teams in terms of NFL players are ACC teams. In fact even Ohio State has more current NFL players than the top SEC team.
