Been doing that for (4) Four months; and fourteen days. If a house isn't listed on the MLS or Craigslist then its likely not for sale. Sell your property in Hope? Yes, I sold my property in Hope, Alaska. I have owned three Real Estate Companies in Alaska, Was an Alaska Real Estate Broker for roughly a little over 40 years. I think there are several forum members in this area. I was just checking to see if any members here either personally had property coming available or knew someone. Or maybe they might be in that business.
ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).
