Vitamin? Protein(i eat a lot of meat and chicken) ?
Also having muscle cramps and weakness in one forearm not always but sometimes cant hold a coffe cup.

You say your legs feel weak, but you're not out of breath, is that tight?

What about your heart rate when you climb stairs?
