I was sitting at a friends house discussing guns while Dumb and Dumber (might give insight into conversation topic) and the topic of 243's came up.
Now, said friend, mentioned that his grandfather hunting exclusively with 243 for decades, until he purchased a 270Wby. This included elk.
This got me thinking about just using that gun this year driving 85 TSX's instead of lugging the 280 around with me.
So... anybody with a logical argument as to why a TSX couldn't kill an elk dead?
