I have hunted 79 3 times in the last 4 years. We would camp near Embargo Creek area and ride our ATV's to different spots and hike from there.
We only hunted 1st rifle one time and there were a ton of people. Its a good spot for deer and Antelope so I don't think everyone is there just for Elk.
