Just make sure you can get plates and cutters, as well as stuffing tubes to fit one that big. A friend of mine got Cabela's 1 3/4 hp model with the #42 grinder on it, and he can't find stuffing tubes to fit it. My 1 1/2 hp model with a #32 grinder is easier to get things for.
