Hey guys, thanks for the info. I guess I should have also asked more so about the height of the rings. I've ordered the bases so I'm going to play around with a couple of old weavers I have, and if I get clearance of the bolt and safety, then I think I will purchase that little 4x Nikon that comes with the rings. If that doesn't work, maybe one of the older weavers will, I was just thinking the new Nikon would be a lot more clear.
