I don't have ready answers to any of your questions. As far as I know, no one is making 10 ga hulls in paper anymore. Of course, I could be wrong since I don't keep up with that area currently. I can probably go to some of the old (and I mean OLD)shotshell reloading manuals and find some loads for you but I'll need to know what powder you want to use, wads, etc.
