One of the most accurate rifles I ever bought (after rebedding)was a used M700 stainless SPS 7 Rem mag 24" barrel.
If looking for used ones, I think the M70 classic was only 26" in 7 Rem mag., not the WSM's.
If you like Savages, they are generally accurate with several brands of ammo.
