It is an uncatalogued 99C in .300 sav in 99% condition. I would not mind having the one you have though so enjoy it and post some pictures of the monster bucks that you bag with it...!!!!

Sorry Mike.. it's not an uncatalogued version. The 1996 catalog (I think, maybe 1997) listed the 99C as available in 308, 243 and 300 Savage. Had pictures here somewhere of it, but can't find them.
But, it was only made for a couple of years and is probably rarer than the 7mm08 or 22-250. Doubt too many folks wanted the 300 Savage rather than a 243 or 308 in the 90's. Coburn must have a great fondness for the 300 Savage..
