Your rifle would have been made in late February 1950. Serial # 135,000 was made on February 1, 1950 and serial # 138145 was made on March 2, 1950. (The Riflemans Rifle). Without seeing your rifle, it would be hard to give you a firm value. The 30-06 was the most common Model 70. Nearly 36% of all model 70's were made in 30-06. The same applied to the Super Grade style, 30-06 was the most common caliber made in the Super Grade. I don't believe the actual number of 30-06 Super Grades is known, but everything I have read states that the 30-06 was the most common Super Grade. According to Roger Rule there were only 15,881 Super Grades made in Pre-64 Model 70. The .300 Savage is the most rare only 362 were made. Today many Super Grades have been made up and passed off as original rifles. If your rifle is original, I would say your rifles value would start around $1,800 and run up to $3,000. Then again... the value of your rifle will depend on what someone is willing to pay for it.
