95* here, 18% humidity. nearly impossible to sweat -- you just dehydrate like a prune.
(really, set a piece of moist bread out and you have a crushable crouton in under 20 minutes).
as to the OP, the bigger the freezer, the better. room temp to 10*, figure 36-48 hours depending on your freezer's horsepower.
So bout 1 am tomorrow morning. Best guess so far.
