I saw Sheriff Joe and the APC/M2 on Fox news this AM. That guy is great!
The stuff he's getting is Mil-Surp. Any Govt. LE agency can get it. Just takes the right forms and some phone calls, it's based upon need.. I know of an agency here in Mid. Tn. that got two used OH-58 (Bell 206) helicopters.
