It's not a target rifle. It was designed to kill elk .... but it does group 225gr Sierra boat tails very well. The Nosler 225gr partition is my go-to hunting bullet, however and it'll usually stay in 1.5" or so @ 100. It's a great rifle to carry and use!

I imagine with a little work, your friends Sako could be made to shoot quite well. I fell in love with the darned things the first time I read an article by John Wooters.....
