My local bow shop has last year's models on sale for a serious discount. I'm a lefty,too, and have the same problem. I generally, though, can get them to let me shoot a RH bow left handed, and can at least feel how it shoots and draws. There is a lot of good stuff out there in your price range. Take a look at the Bowtech Assassin, package bow.. not bad for the money. The Bear bows aren't bad, either.
