George, As Sean said the rangefinder rocks readings to 1800 and 1100-1200 on almost anything. The optics have good central resolution fair edge to edge clarity and fair at best color fidelity. The bino's have a light blue tint to them that bugs me but it doesnt seem to affect what I can find with them. Great value if looking for a great rangefinder and good bino's.
As for my mount I will have to start measuring some potential spots in the house and see if a lifesize is even an option. Basically I havent decided yet. Dean
