My brother had 2 of them, neither would shoot. The barrel crowns were the culprit which appeared to be cut with a RCBS chaffering tool.

Not a Coyote, but my EW 300WSM would not shoot when I bought it - bad horizontal stringing. Tried several things, but eventually found the crown (where the "break" is on the bore) was way off center (L-R). Winchester paid shipping both ways and fixed it. It shoots great now.
