I've always done 10's, and that's worked out well with bullets from 75's-120's. But, all this work was done Pre VLD, so if one had VLD designs I'd go 9.

If you don't care about VLD's and the brand of your choice doesn't come in a 9 then I'd not worry and go 10 in a heart beat.
