Keep at it Nimrod..a slow drift down is far better than the opposite!

Break down what you eat meal by meal, and snack my snack, and look for ways of cutting your calorie in-take..For instance if you eat a lot of hamburger or sausage, try switching to cuts of chicken or lean beef ect instead..
