Scooter Libby went to prison for less. Holder should resign, but won't. The key question is when will a special prosecutor be appointed. If it happens, I think it will be sometime next year, at the earliest. Any earlier and the results start washing up on Obama prior to the November election. Obama will put it off as long as possible. Deny, deny, deny. That works sometimes.
