8 shots on this plate at 460 meters from prone when it was 10* below zero showed me this rifle will work in the cold. When it gets really cold I'll test it again. FWIW, I used my range card for my 6XC and 105gr scenars at 3050fps. The test loads I shot in this rifle are 105gr Hornady BTHP. Barrel is a 23" Bartlein 5R 1-8". Scope is a S&B 3-12X50 PMII Mil/Mil.


So, how does this cartridge compare to the XC and the 6x47L? Seems to me, they'd be like triplets.....All depending on whose brass you want to use. Or is there another reason?
