I had all but decided to go with a BLR but, 358 Win's are hard to find in the stainless steel, take down model. Our local Bass Pro had a BLR and a Ruger Hawkeye in .308 and I had an opportunity to shoulder both. Fit and finish wise, the BLR won hands down but, the Ruger shouldered well and seemed to be a better fit. I came home and ordered the Ruger from CDNN. I've also got a Leupold VX-II 2-7x33 coming as well. Thanks Bearcat for the heads up on CDNN. Very nice price on a hard to find model.
