Have done it with 286gr Hornady's and the 357 sizer in one go. The NP with the centre web might be difficult but ??? The bullet on the left in the pic below is a slight bit under .366" - as it left the factory. All the ones on the right are .358" now. The light reflection above canelure shows the difference.

As Con says it's better in two steps - but you would need to get a custom .362" made. However one 357" will work. I needed a few "work arounds" with my gutless challenger press. White Lee lube used wet worked best.
