Didn't have anybody that would notice, I am like that myself, If I were to go, nobody would even notice, oh he must be hunting or fishing someplace or he's flying some were. While I don't drink, I feel sorry for the man. The Fact that the town did not look into it for years seems to be questionable since they let taxes go on paid, most towns would be on your case if you are over due by a month, let alone four or five years.
