I've used them for years in this rifle with those loads....

they chrono'ed at 3150 in a one in 12 twisted Rem Barrel...

so, I can only assume a problem with the bullets...

I am sending a batch of 25 back to the factory after talking to their customer service guys...

I am disassembling them, and putting them with a lower charge.. which seems to be working fine... their MV is down to about 2900 fps...
