A friend of mine who I met at SHOT some years ago, was a partner in Serengeti Rifles. He said that his experience with the manufacturer was that there were some regular quality issues, and major delivery issues. This was the year before Remington started selling them. He said he hoped that Remington had better luck than Serengeti did.
Being a lefty, I went to the supplier's booth at the SHOT to see about buying some LH actions. After talking to them, I was not impressed and did not make a buy. I don't remember the details of the conversation, except that I got vague answers to my detailed questions about quality and deliveries.
Just saw this thread or I would have posted earlier. Hope this works out for you guys. IIRC, you may want to plan on having the actions cleaned up. That of course would require that you eventually get delivery, which I have no doubt will occur, and have no idea when it will happen.
