The Hawk or Gibbs or JDJ all have about 10% more case capacity than a regular .375-06. If you necked up the 9.63x62 you would get the same+/- results as the Hawk and that is exactly what the designers started out to do.
I use my Hawk primarely with 235's. Speer for deer and TSX for bigger stuff. It works REALLY well .
