Not a fan here of labs that point. I like setters, griffs, GWP, GSP, etc., etc., that point, because that's what the breed is supposed to do. Two of the guys that were hunting had pointing dogs with today. Only a couple of birds held for a point out of all of the birds that we saw (100's). I have to admit that I really liked the GWP that one of the guys had. Gorgeous dog, and impeccable training, just didn't really get to show his stuff with the flighty late season birds.
