The number for Optical Services, Co is no longer a working number but I sent an email. Edit - the email was returned as delivery failure. Maybe he no longer does repairs?

Contacted Iron Sights, they said $95 which I thought was reasonable but 12-14 months turnaround which is not so reasonable.
