My 1 in 8 Montana AR barrel shoots five shots of Rem 50gr factory hollowpoint or Federal 77gr HP's into an inch, all day long. One in 8 is THE twist for an AR, IMO.
I've tried those Rem factory 50 hp's in my AR's and found the bullets pushing back into the cases...maybe not a good round for an AR.
