I agree, that would be best and it could settle this issue forever.

I just hate the though of NY, MO, and CO citizens suffer without their rights for the years it would take to get to the SC.


The problem is is BO gets another nominee it is likely over...and he's likely to get another nominee before any of this gets challenged which could take a couple years. Not trying to be negative, just realistic.

Best we all pray for the health of the few constitutionalists left on the SC.
