43, probably just bridging of the powder and this happens with the old Lyman 55, RCBS Uniflow and the 3BR. I have a 6" drop tube attached to the 3BR and can see the powder bridge. I set mine to drop a tenth or so low and trickle from there. Static electricity can also cause the complete charge to not drop. Cleaning the unit with a dryer sheet will take care of that problem. All the big stick powders will bridge from time to time. I have seen a dropper that is not suppose to have the bridging but don't remember the name of that unit.Rick.
