Nah,...but I don't think that's the problem.

I worked crazy shifts for about half of my adult life.

My sleep world has been upside down for a long time.

Now,..I work a very early day shift,...coupled with the fact that I'm getting older,..and sleep just doesn't work for me like it once did.
