I'll concede the 222 Remington Magnum for the Montanans, where they apparently eat much smaller critters than Alaskans. Up here the correct answer would be 35 or 400 Whelen.

I'm with Mart, the 35 Whelen or my Pre64 338 are pretty much the top of my list. I do love the 270WSM and 264 Win Mag for the lighter stuff.
