Yes! More in the freezer. I slow cooked a loin last week. It's absolutely wonderful. I would describe it similar to a beef roast in looks, color, texture and flavor is close to beef also but a little more sweet.
The tentative plan is for the Saturday evening meal to include a game feed among other fix'ins on site. Any and all are welcome to contribute, deer, turkey, bison, gator or whatever you'd like if it is possible for you. PM me if interested and any special needs.
