This was just a test to see what would happen. Next time they will be armed heavier and move swifter.
I don't think it was a test at all. I think it was a total "oh [bleep]" moment from a poorly run agency that underestimated the civilian response. The next time the goon squad comes out it will be with overwhelming force. Just imagine the embarassment the BLM must be feeling after being cowed
by the peasants.
