You are NOT the only one guilty of not using it enough. We all get trapped into "things needing to be done" I think. I am fortunate in that I can park my trailer on a friend's ranch and leave it set up for extended periods of time. When I am not there continuously I take down my outside shelter and just move my basic cooking inside and grill outside.
I would add that I think our generally crap weather does not help..
While in RSA, one of the simple things I loved was to be able eat regularly eat breakfast out on the patio..over here its probably too cold for that 8 months a year and even in the summer you still have have the rain to contend with..
