I wouldn't say he's a bad customer just yet. I've known him for a while and he was offered a new job across Wyoming and has been getting that figured out and moving etc...I'm pretty sure he just totally forgot about this rifle. I've done a lot of buying/selling with him and he also does a lot with other people also. I'll text him.
