Rubbers are an abomination and Hogue's shape is terrible.
Herrett's Ropers are the most comfortable I've ever used. I've got one set from Kurac and while they are beautiful and very well made, they're entirely too thick. Over a quarter inch thicker than my Ropers. I've got two more sets in exhibition grade wood ordered but specified the width to be no more than my Herrett's.
