Although there are a few things I don't agree with him, this analysis is spot on.

I came to this country very young (6 and I'll be sixty in Sept). And as an immigrant who tried and somewhat succeeded in "melting in", thanks to the democrats what we have now is "Balkanization" and I don't see a remedy.
