Snyper: As with virtually all overly broad statements/contentions yours (yours: "No one has ever designed a reliable [spelling corrected] semi auto 22 Mag") is wrong also.
As evidenced by this one example: the Volquartsen semi-autos in 22 Magnum!
I have seen a number of these work "reliably" over the years!
