Seems like the problems occur during peak use hours,,, like Monday morning when everyone's back to work and catching up on the fire drama instead of doing the work they're being paid to do.
I find the best solution is to get off my ass and find something productive to do. YMMV
I got off my ass and went shooting. I'm semi-retired so I sit on my ass much of the time. Come to think of it even when I was fully employed I sat on my ass most of the time.
