Bought a SR9C for my Mom, and it's a great little gun! As reliable as any Glock I've ever owned, and a smaller less blockier grip.
I've also recommended the SR9 to several of my CHL students that have smaller hands, and they all seem to like them just fine.
For a 9mm, at a real decent price, and its built like a tank just like any Ruger, with the great Ruger Warranty & Customer Service, I just don't think you can go wrong.
If it was the only handgun I had, I wouldn't hesitate at all to carry it for personal protection. Great little all around 9mm, IMO.
