If you base your shop around competitive rifles and accuracy, clearly you wont be using cheap "tactical" parts, probably mostly barrel work. On the other hand, there are "custom shops" that just slap together cheap parts and tell you how good of a deal you are getting. John 8:12 "I am the light of the world.
