The Browning in the link is a Low Wall, not a High Wall.
The Browning will probably shoot very well out of the box. The trigger will be too stiff, and you will invent new words trying to take it apart and get it back together again.
A black pad Ruger with hammer forged barrel will give it a run for its money on accuracy. It's easier to work on,and is made in the USA.
I like both, myself. Sure would like to have a low wall in .30-30, with nice wood...
