Please share with the group how you can tell by a rifle's appearance how accurate it will be? I stand by my previous statement and over 40yrs. experience as a handloader. If the rifle is not a benchrest rifle, spending time with the operations you've cited will not show any perceptible benefit as regards accuracy. But hey, it's your time if it makes you happy then have fun.
