I'll bet that 270 is a good shooting sob though. My smith has collected pre 64's since the early 60's and he says the 270's have always shot better for him than almost any other cartridge for some reason????? My 270 fwt is a damn tack driver. It impresses the heck out of me every time I take it out and this is coming from a long time 30-06 user
