03 with the 4.7.......25-30 mph headwind today........10.5, I will not get the 4.7 or the smaller motor again.

Had an 02 4X4 with the 4.7. Gutless wonder that used fuel like crazy. Traded it for the '03 Cummins and never looked back.....
I'm another that had an 03 Ram with the 4.7, gutless is spot on and my gas mileage was ok on long highway trips with no load, 16-17 mpg. It would tow ok but gas mileage went down by quite a bit.
My next truck will be a 2500 with the Hemi.
