Yes it is.
It belongs to my Swedish hunting partner whom has been gracious enough to make it available to me for the duration of my stay. So foreign yet warmly familiar when compared to my rifles back in the states. It is accurate, handles well and is well suited to hunting then entire globe. The workmanship, fit and finish are impeccable. I have been very successful with it so it has a permanent place in my heart.
